LEGATO GOLF AMBASSADOR PROGRAM | #TEAMLEGATO

OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By applying to and participating in the Legato Ambassador Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Participation in the Program is a voluntary, performance-based collaboration and is not an employment relationship. Ambassadors participate as independent contractors, and nothing herein shall be deemed to create an employer–employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.


  1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE

  • Applicants must provide truthful and complete information in the application process.

  • Acceptance into the Program is at Legato’s sole discretion and may be based on factors including content quality, audience engagement, and alignment with the Legato brand.

  • Qualifying metrics such as follower count and engagement thresholds (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) are guidelines and do not guarantee acceptance. High-quality content and strong engagement can outweigh follower counts.

  1. AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

      As a Legato Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Maintain an active and authentic presence on social platforms focused on golf content.

  • Create and share original content that aligns with Legato’s performance-first and approachable golf culture.

  • Post tagged or mentioned content regularly and consistently. Specific posting cadence may be communicated separately during sales campaigns/holidays. 

  • Ensure content reflects genuine use and opinion. Overly commercial or repetitive sponsored-style content is discouraged.

  • Ambassadors may be asked, at Legato's discretion, to assist with sales initiatives and holiday campaigns when applicable. 

  • All endorsements must clearly and conspicuously disclose the Ambassador’s material connection with Legato in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides, including use of hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #LegatoAmbassador where applicable.

  • Mention #TeamLegato when and where applicable in tagged content.

  1. CONTENT MINIMUMS

  • Minimum one (1) mentioned story posts per month

  • Minimum three (3) tagged posts per month on applicable content with the hashtag ‘#TeamLegato’ included in the caption

    • As a Legato Ambassador, you acknowledge and agree that your content will reasonably feature Legato golf balls. Where applicable and reasonably possible, you agree to tag or otherwise reference @legatogolf in such content. 

  1. PERFORMANCE REVIEW & CONTINUATION

  • Ambassadors will be reviewed every six (6) months to ensure continued qualification.

  • Legato may assess content quality, posting frequency, engagement, and alignment with brand values during reviews.

  • Failure to meet expectations may result in probation, modification of benefits, or removal from the Program.

Benefits are non-transferable and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. If the value of any benefits received under the Program exceeds $600 in a calendar year, the Ambassador is solely responsible for any applicable tax reporting and obligations.

  1. PROGRAM BENEFITS

      Legato Ambassadors may be eligible for:

  • Complimentary Legato golf balls

  • Early access to products and testing opportunities

  • Inclusion in private ambassador communications and groups

  • Reposts, exposure, and community growth opportunities

  1. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

  • Ambassadors retain all rights to content they create

  • By posting or submitting content to Legato, you grant Legato a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, share, promote, and display your content across Legato’s digital and marketing channels. This license shall survive termination or withdrawal from the Program.

  1. CONDUCT & BRAND ALIGNMENT

  • Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Legato brand.

  • Content that is inconsistent with Legato’s values, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of platform rules may result in termination from the Program.

  1. TERMINATION & WITHDRAWAL

  • Legato reserves the right to terminate or suspend participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.

  • Ambassadors may voluntarily withdraw from the Program by providing written notice.

  1. MINORS / YOUTH PARTICIPATION
    Creators who otherwise qualify for the Legato Ambassador Program but are under the age of eighteen (18) may be permitted to participate subject to Legato’s approval, parental or legal guardian consent, and additional requirements.

Such participants may be included under a separate youth, VIP, or DRYVE-specific program, or may participate under modified terms of the Ambassador Program, as determined by Legato in its discretion.

 

  1. MODIFICATIONS

Legato may change the terms, benefits, requirements, or structure of the Program at any time. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Program or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
