BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.
ELIGIBILITY: The “Legato Golf Halloween 2024” (“Giveaway”) is open only to U.S. residents, who, as of the time of entry, are at least 18 years or older and the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Legato Golf (“Sponsor”), or any of Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising or promotion agencies and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, officer, director, or representative, are not eligible to enter or win. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on 24th October, 2024 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 31st October, 2024 at 9:00 AM PT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s timekeeping device is the official clock of the Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY; LIMIT: To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a registered user of www.instagram.com (“Instagram”). By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you agree to the website’s Terms of Use and Privacy terms. If you do not agree to such Terms of Use or Privacy terms, participation in the Giveaway will be denied.
To enter the Giveaway:
- Log in to Instagram (“Platform”).
- Become a follower of @legatogolf on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Tag 2 users in the comments.
You will get One (1) Entry (“Entry”). Entry is limited to 1 per individual. Attempting to exceed the limit may result in disqualification.
SELECTION OF WINNERS; ODDS: Three (3) potential winners ("Potential Winner") per platform (“Instagram”) will be selected in a random drawing by entering their usernames in a random name generator. The drawing will occur on or about the day after the Giveaway Period ends on Instagram. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid Entries received. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION OF WINNERS: Potential winners will be directly messaged on Instagram through the account they entered the giveaway with. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. U.S. prize winners must provide their Social Security number for tax reporting if the prize value exceeds $600.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an Entry, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and any content included in your Entry for advertising or promotion without further compensation.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected Entries, technical errors, or damages from participation in the Giveaway. By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims relating to your participation or any prize awarded.
GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process or otherwise attempt to undermine the Giveaway. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Giveaway in the event of technical difficulties or fraud.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; JURISDICTION: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Orange County.
USE OF INFORMATION: Sponsor will collect personal information subject to its Privacy Policy.
